INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Before your pet is introduced to others, we will ask you about their demeanor, likes and dislikes.
Next, we’ll spend time with them to familiarize them with us and our surroundings, before we introduce them to the other animals.
If we determine that your pet is not able to adapt to a group setting, we will board them separately.
Red Bridge Pet Village reserves the right to remove or refuse any pet that is deemed to be a risk to other pets or persons, by showing aggressive behavior.

PLEASE NOTE

We supervise our pets closely with the intent of proactive interaction and prevention. However, they are in close proximity to others.
